REPLY TO PETITION OF APPEAL

The above-named Respondent reply to the Applellant’s petition of appeal as follows

1. The first ground of appeal is disputed as being trivial and inconsequential to the merits of the case and the apparent disparity of dates did not occasion any miscarriage of justice.
